Where do you find all this great stuff?!?

We have years of experience as vintage bike collectors, traders, mechanics and cyclists. A wide network of sources supply us with our stock. Old batches, special items and deadstock, its all within our network 🙂

When can I expect my order?

We from Pinch Flat Bikes understand you want to get your order as soon as possible delivered to your own front door. We use PostNL for our national and international orders. For more information we refer to this page of PostNL. This page provides you with an overview of the expected delivery time for each country.

I haven’t recieved my order, what can I do?

We understand that it is frustrating if something goes wrong with your order. Make sure you checked the expected delivery times on this page. If the expected delivery time is expired, please contact us through email. We will try to solve this for you and will do our upmost in order to make sure that you recieve your ordered item(s).

The product I ordered is damaged due to shipping, what can I do?

We understand that it is frustrating if something goes wrong with your order.  Good strong packaging is one of our key points of attention. We will try to solve this for you and will do our upmost in order to make sure that you recieve your ordered item(s). Please contact us through email.
